Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Camachos.creations211@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
Twisted Roots is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
